Get in TouchYes. We meet clients at our offices or in the comfort of their own homes across Cardiff, including the city centre, Cardiff Bay, Grangetown, Canton, Roath, Llanishen and Fairwater, as well as Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Our single wills start from £150 and mirror wills for couples from £250. If your will needs trust provisions, we will quote a fixed fee in writing before any work begins.
Not automatically. Under the intestacy rules in England and Wales, an unmarried partner has no automatic right to inherit, however long you have lived together. A will lets you leave your partner what you intend, and we can arrange mirror wills for you both.
Yes. A will covers your savings, belongings and any money owed to you, not just property, and lets you choose who deals with your estate. It is also where you name guardians for any children under 18.
Without a Lasting Power of Attorney, your family may have to apply to the Court of Protection before they can manage your affairs, which can be slow and costly. An LPA lets you choose the people who can act for you, and we can arrange it alongside your will.
