Why we started PJH Estate Planning
Too many families come to us after a loved one has died without a Will, or after mental capacity has been lost without a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place. We started PJH Estate Planning to change that, with guidance at our offices or in your own home, in plain English, that feels human rather than daunting.
Our Approach to Estate Planning
Every client is different. A retired couple with a property and modest savings needs a very different plan to a business owner with a complex asset structure, or a young family who need to think carefully about guardianship and future provision for children.
We start every engagement by listening. We ask about your family, your assets, your concerns and your goals. Only then do we put a plan together. And because we are a small, specialist practice, you will always speak to someone who knows your case, never a stranger reading from a file.
